Rocky Bay Villa, Praslin

A spacious and great value oceanfront villa that can accommodate up to 8 guests, not suitable for small children. Ocean view balconies from every room and great waterfront decking, you don’t need a swimming pool! A chef’s service is available at £26 per day, not including food. Maximum 8 adults.

Maison Lialdo, South Mahé

This impressive and spacious villa has breathtaking views of the ocean from almost every room. The well-kept and extremely stylish villa includes a maid and gardener The private pool has a shaded bbq area surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and ocean views. A superb choice for a family holiday base. Maximum 8 adults and 2 children.

Residence on the rocks, Mahé

This amazing, luxurious property is situated on a magnificent hilltop above the Banyan Tree Resort and Spa. Spectacular ocean views and 5* interiors make this the most luxurious choice in our Villa collection. Guests can, if they wish, use all of the facilities at the Banyan Tree for a fee, or alternatively nest away in privacy. Butler service is charged at £90 per day. Maximum 6 adults and 2 children.
