30 Rooms 6 Suites

Hotel 20°Sud has 30 rooms and 6 suites, some of which are less than 10m from the beach!  They are divided into five categories: the "Cosy" and “Charm” rooms, the “Beachfront” rooms, the “Suites” and the “Austral Suites”.

Austral Suites – The ultimate in “20° Sud” refinement, a dream setting and an extraordinary view... Hotel 20°Sud has four “Austral Suites”.  These suites represent the very essence of the concept 20°Sud. They are all different, offering a surface area of more than 80m2.  They are each equipped with a small private plunge pool overlooking the sea, for those on the ground floor and for those on the first floor, with a large Jacuzzi®. Their terraces are less than 2m from the water and the breathtaking view gives you the impression of literally being on board a boat.  The blue of the sea is so omnipresent that it, alone, creates an exceptional setting...

Suites – Two suites (including one triple), look out onto the bay in a truly, exceptional setting! They are 20 m from the water and each has an outdoor Jacuzzi®. The view from their terraces alone justifies their positioning...The décor, by Flamant Home Interiors®, combined with their privileged location are assets of the highest quality.

Beachfront – These nine very beautiful rooms, five of which are located on the first floor, are bright, on the waterfront and offer a stunning view of the bay. They are equipped to the standards of the Hotel 20°Sud but as a little extra, like the Suites, Nespresso® coffee machines are also provided.  Their terraces open onto the ocean giving you the impression of living in privileged times as their proximity to the sea is truly unique in Mauritius.

Charm room – Although some are more modest in size, all overlook the beautiful coconut grove that opens onto the sea, allowing you to ’’live’’ the 20 d experience at a reduced rate. Nevertheless they are totally faithful to the spirit that we sought for this hotel: all different, with a great deal of charm and the furniture and furnishings come from the Belgian decorator Flamant Home Interiors.

Cosy room – Close to our Charm Room, the Cosy Room with an area of 25m2 overlooks the beautiful coconut grove bordering the sea and invites you to live the unique experience of 20° SUD at a modest price.
