Serenity, Hilltop Ocean-View, Ocean-View and Garden-View Villas – Each of the 62 single-storey Serenity, Hilltop Ocean-View, Ocean-View and Garden-View villas occupies a secluded position, accessed via its own wooden path overlooking the Indian Ocean or the verdant surrounds. The villas feature a stilted pavilion, with indoor and outdoor living space extending to 186m2 (2,002ft2). A large infinity plunge pool, outdoor shower, glass-walled bath, separate WC and walk-in dressing room, plus 27” TV, DVD player, iPod dock come as standard. The surrounding hardwood deck is furnished with chaise longues and a dining area and a smaller, second pavilion houses a daybed. Serenity Villas have been specifically designed with couples in mind. Furniture is comfortable for two to share, and amenities have been tailored for romance.
Two-Bedroom Ocean-View Suite and Two-Bedroom Hilltop Ocean-View Suites – The three two-bedroom suites each offer additional space for families, spread across three pavilions. Outdoor living space extends to 300m2 (3,229ft2) and includes a private 78m2 (840ft2) pool and expansive uncovered sundeck furnished with chaise longues for four guests. The two-storey living accommodation includes a lounge, dining area for six and pantry with separate service entrance. The two ensuite bedrooms are each housed in their own pavilion; each bathroom features an adjacent private outdoor shower. The design of the suites reflects the island‟s unique cultural mix through a range of contemporary and traditional aesthetics. The suites also offer guests the option of 24-hour butler service.
Presidential and Beach Suites – The two-bedroom Presidential and three-bedroom Beach Suites are beachside palaces, featuring 680m2 (7,319ft2) and 827m2 (8,902ft2) of indoor and outdoor living and dining space across three and four pavilions respectively. With all the benefits of the Ocean-View and Hilltop Ocean-View Suites, the Presidential Suite offers 416m2 (4,478ft2) of outdoor living space, with the addition of a whirlpool and a private 73m2 (786ft2) pool. The Beach Suite boasts 458m2 (4,930ft2) of outdoor living space and a 106m2 (1,140ft2) pool and private access to its own secluded area of beach. Both suites boast guaranteed availability to the Butler service throughout the stay.
Private Residences - three, four, five and the newly finished six bedroom residence offers the exclusivity of a private home, with spacious comfort for hosting family and friends. Ample indoor and outdoor living space includes three decks and a private pool.

All villas have an outdoor dining area, enabling guests to sample signature dishes prepared by the Resort‟s chefs 24 hours a day. Champagne breakfasts, beach barbecues, candlelit dinners, picnic baskets and flight boxes are amongst the additional catering options available on request.
The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles epitomises the sense of natural beauty, tranquility and seclusion found throughout the Resort. It is located at the top of the hill with spectacular views over the Petite Anse bay and the Indian Ocean beyond. International treatments are enhanced by indigenous practices, local ingredients and breathtaking views; the result is a rejuvenating and holistic experience that showcases the island‟s most inspiring features. Five spa pavilions accommodate a total of five double and three single treatment rooms, each with beautiful Indian Ocean views. Located adjacent to the pool and just steps from the beach, Kannel Bar has a relaxed indoor-outdoor setting and offers refreshing fresh fruit drinks and cocktails throughout the day. A bar snack menu is available throughout the day to enjoy in the bar, while the Kannel Bar and Restaurant menu is available for guests to enjoy at their leisure with service available on the beach or by the pool.
Infused with a warm and refined elegance, ZEZ Lounge is the perfect spot to enjoy sushi and sashimi, pre-dinner cocktails or after dinner drinks. The Lounge's atmosphere is enhanced by its views of the ocean. Choose from a wide selection of cocktails, wines and cigars.
The Resort‟s main restaurant, ZEZ (Creole for a zither, a traditional string instrument), offers an extensive International breakfast buffet with specialty dishes available à la carte, as well as fresh local fruits and fresh juices. Dinner showcases a Modern European menu. The restaurant focuses on simple cuisine and fresh ingredients, with fish featuring across the menu. An extensive wine list features 250 wine labels from the Old and New World; the “local” house wines being specially selected from South Africa . Set menus are available for larger groups with special children‟s menus and services also available. Weekly specialty evenings include an Italian evening, featuring the best meats and cheeses, made-to-order pasta dishes, to enjoy family-style; and an Arabic Night featuring the best of the Middle East cooked by native chefs. A choice of indoor, covered and open-air seating is arranged beneath high thatched roofs, offering spectacular ocean and sunset views from halfway up the hillside.
Kannel (Creole for „cinnamon‟) brings authentic international and Creole-influenced flavours to Petite Anse from a sheltered spot amongst the cinnamon trees adjacent to the pool. The restaurant also serves nutritionally balanced spa cuisine as well as snacks, Lunch is an inspiring combination of lighter bites influenced by distinct Creole flavours, including ingredients grown in the Resort's lush grounds. Local favourites such as Creole Fish Curry, are served alongside sandwiches, wraps burgers and salads, and pizzas from the restaurant‟s wood-fired oven. Dinner features the favourite local dishes of the almost entirely Seychellois team alongside a large selection of international specialties. Our famous Creole night every Saturday features the best of local cuisine, plus live music and dancing to bring the spirit of the Seychelles to life. The popular Fish Market is available weekly, with a delicious selection of fresh local fish and seafood to select for cooking à la minute. Guests can join Kannel's chefs and learn how to prepare traditional Creole dishes in an open-air cooking class.
The resorts outdoor swimming pool covers a total of 517m2. It is located adjacent to Kannel restaurant, on the edge of the beach and incorporates both leisure and lap areas, surrounded by huge cinnamon trees. The pool area is furnished with chaise longues and benefits from poolside dining and refreshment services.
The secluded, horseshoe beach that lies at the foot of Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is one of the island‟s best-kept secrets. Black granite boulders provide a dramatic backdrop to the powder-white sand and azure waters of the secluded cove. The bay is sheltered by dense vegetation and protected by an outer reef; as a result, the water is extremely calm, making it ideal for swimming and safe for families. Due to its protected position, the beach is remarkably free from erosion, maximising its picture-perfect appeal. The beach facilities include five cabanas, located just behind the tree line, offering scope for shaded daytime relaxation, Spa experiences, and a variety of evening dining experiences.
The water sports pavilion houses its own PADI dive centre, offering scuba diving with state-of-the-art equipment and certified instructors as well as snorkelling equipment and excursions. One of the nearest dive sites to the Resort is Takamaka Bay, which showcases the impressive granite structures and abundant reef life that characterise the underwater world of the Seychelles. WiseOceans are a marine education and conservation company who work with Four Seasons here to ensure that that the health of the marine environment in Petite Anse is assured every day. Full-time Marine Educators are based on property to allow to guests to discover more by taking them snorkeling on the reef and talking through their finding, and giving weekly talks at Kannel bar about specific topics such as coral or turtles. They also work with Kids For All Seasons to introduce play-based education to children at the Pti Torti clubhouse. Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is the only place in Seychelles offering surf equipment hire and tuition from professional instructors. The team at Tropicsurf are experts in luxury surfing holidays, and there are several great spots just minutes from the Resort. Stand-Up Paddle Boarding is also available with Tropicsurf, to complement the complimentary activities available from the Resort team. Other pursuits on offer at the pavilion include canoeing, kayaking, sailing, 17ft Trimaran boating, and snorkelling. Additional beach equipment includes floating mats, inflatable balls and toys, beach rackets and accessories. To preserve the serenity of Petite Anse bay, motorised water sports are only available off-site, by prior arrangement.
The Resort‟s Fitness Centre is located near to the beach. The gym contains extensive Technogym equipment with a focus on cardiovascular fitness and circuit training using free weights.
Joggers seeking a moderate course can take advantage of the Resort's jogging trail, which circles the lagoon and weaves through the gardens at the foot of the hillside. An advanced trail, more suitable for a comfortably paced walk, offers steep elevation changes and some of the most impressive views of the Resort. The routes range from 3 to 6 km (2 to 4 miles).
The Resort‟s complimentary Kids For All Seasons Programme caters to children from 4 to 12 years old, from 9am to 9pm daily at the Pti Torti (Little Tortoises) clubhouse. Caring and experienced staff co-ordinate a variety of fun and educational experiences, including beach and outdoor activities, creative crafts and games.
Tennis, hiking, bird watching, paragliding, barbecue boat trips to neighbouring islands and deep-sea fishing can all be booked through the Resort‟s Concierge. Golf is available on the nearby island of Praslin, easily accessible by helicopter or a 15 minute plane ride from Mahé. Arrangements and tee-off times can be booked through the Concierge.
The Library occupies its own 56m2 (600ft2) pavilion surrounded by dense vegetation. Guests can relax with a collection of contemporary literature and books about the Seychelles and Creole culture. A flat-screen television is available along with complimentary high-speed internet access – for guests‟ own laptops as well as through two Apple Mac computers, each with printing access.
The Resort has two stylish boutiques: an exclusive jewellers offering an elegant range of diamond and pearl jewellery and the Four Seasons Shop, featuring a high quality range of handbags, clothing and shoes, gifts sundries and souvenirs.
